Kendall Palladino joined Hartford HealthCare in 2024 as the Fairfield Region’s new vice president of mission services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in social studies from Harvard University, a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Doctor of Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary.

Kendall is a tremendous asset with an impressive background. Together with our mission services team, Kendall’s knowledge and experience will build on St. Vincent’s legacy of providing spiritual care and health services to the communities we serve.

Before joining Hartford HealthCare, Kendall served with Yale New Haven Hospital where he was the director and system liaison for spiritual care.  Prior to that role, he was the director of pastoral care at Hospital of St. Raphael. Kendall was also the director of spiritual and bereavement services at Regional Hospice and Home Care of Western CT where he founded the community-based Healing Hearts Center.
