Community Residential Services

St. Vincent’s Medical Center’s Behavioral Health Services department offers permanent supportive housing and case management for adults who might otherwise be homeless.

Community Residential Services (CRS) assists adults with mental health and substance abuse issues by providing them with independent living opportunities while they continue to receive support and services from our attentive, professional staff.

CRS’s supportive housing programs are funded through both the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
