Tumor Board

At St. Vincent’s Medical Center, we conduct tumor board meetings to bring together our multidisciplinary team of oncology surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists and radiologists who meet to review and discuss all cancer cases in detail.

At tumor board meetings they determine which combination of treatment options will be most successful for each individual patient. This multidisciplinary approach to cancer care means you and your loved ones have access to a diverse team, not just one doctor’s opinion.

Accessing Vital Treatment Approaches

At St. Vincent’s, our tumor board meetings brings top minds together for your care. We believe that the voices of many will always arrive at a better solution than the voice of one.

We are also affiliated with National Comprehensive Cancer Network that allows us to access additional treatment approaches.
