Get quick treatment for those conditions you can’t ignore. If you prefer a virtual visit, it’s easy to set up by calling one of the Urgent Care Centers. Most of our Centers also offer COVID-19 PCR testing.

Bumps, bruises, sprains, aches and sneezes. For treatment of non-life threatening illness and injuries, along with physical exams and X-rays, St. Vincent’s Urgent Care Walk-In centers are there to provide you with medical care and advice. With five locations in the community, we’re there to get you feeling back to normal fast. And since illness and injury doesn’t always happen when the doctor’s office is open, we’re open late and early.

St. Vincent’s Urgent Care Walk-In Centers

St. Vincent’s Urgent Care Walk-In Centers are conveniently located throughout western Connecticut. All hours at all locations are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Please note that our Bridgeport location at 2979 Main Street and Milford location at 199 Cherry Street are Primary Care Walk-In Centers, open Monday-Friday, and can only treat adults 18 years and older.


Our Urgent Care Walk-In Centers offer physical exams and complete diagnostic services including lab, EKG and X-ray. We also offer a range of vaccinations such as flu, tetanus- diphtheria, hepatitis A and B and more. We also perform tuberculosis screening (PPD). Most insurance is accepted and we will submit the bill to your insurance company. Patients are responsible for co-pays at the time of services rendered. We offer significant discounts to those who are 'self-pay'. Please speak with our receptionist in person to discuss your charges and methods of payment prior to your appointment. We cannot quote fees over the phone.

Our centers offer treatment for strains, sprains, minor burns, cuts and lacerations, work-related injuries, splinters, colds, cough, flu, back pain, headaches, rash, sunburn, eye and ear infections, insect stings, animal bites, gastrointestinal complaints, seasonal allergies, UTI, school and camp physicals, work physicals, X-rays, EKG, vision and hearing screening, drug testing, and lab services. 

Most of our Urgent Care Walk-In Centers also offer COVID-19 PCR testing.

Occupational Health Services

St. Vincent’s Urgent Care Walk-In Centers offer a complete range of occupational health services in support of the employer community, including: evaluation and care of occupational injuries, physical exams for employment, drug and alcohol testing, random drug testing and MRO services, hearing evaluations, pulmonary function tests, physical therapy, employee health screenings and flu vaccinations.
