I am the kind of person who asks a lot of questions. The doctor patiently listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She explained a couple of options we could take, and we chose what we both believe was the best. Regarding the intake process, I felt it could be improved. For example, before the visit, I answered many questions online, including medical history, medications, etc. Yet, after arriving at the office, I had to fill out more forms to answer more questions. I think those could be included in the online questionnaire. Also, the nurse and her assistant asked questions that I had already answered in either the online questionnaire or the forms I filled out at the office. I think they can run the office more efficiently and make patients' waiting time shorter.
