Mr. Waite is a retired senior vice president and chief financial officer with Seton Healthcare Family in Austin, TX. A member of Ascension Health, Seton is a not-for-profit eleven hospital system that organizes, develops, coordinates, and delivers a complex, full continuum of health care services.
He spent his career in senior financial management leadership positions at hospitals and health systems around the country including Fairfax Hospital; DePaul Health Center; St. Louis Health Care Network; and Swedish Health Services.
Mr. Waite is currently providing health care consulting and interim CFO services to hospitals.
Mr. Waite is a graduate of Alma College, Alma, Michigan. In addition, he serves on the Cardon Outreach Executive Advisory Board and is a past board member of the greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Ronald McDonald House of Austin. Prior to retirement, he was a board member of Seton joint ventures including Strictly Pediatrics Surgery Center; Covenant Management Systems; Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, and others.
