Vice President of Philanthropy, Fairfield Region
Karen Kaiser joined Hartford HealthCare in 2022 as the vice president of philanthropy for the Fairfield Region. She is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience working with local, federal and state leaders, boards of directors, boards of trustees, academic faculty and senior executive management.
Karen most recently served as the Senior Director of Development at Fairfield University where she secured the largest university unrestricted Planned Gift in the history of the university.
She has also served as the Director of Economic Development for the town of Stratford where she developed a new Economic Development Department to increase the town’s tax base in an incredibly competitive environment.
Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from Fairfield University.
