Thomas Bladek, MD

Dr. Thomas Robert Bladek received his medical degree from St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies. He completed his anesthesiology residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital of Boston, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Bladek completed a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia, as well as neurosurgical and major vascular anesthesiology at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Bladek is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology and currently serves as chairperson for the Department of Anesthesiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. He is also chairman and associate professor of anesthesiology at Quinnipiac University Frank H. Netter, M.D. School of Medicine.

Dr. Bladek is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the recipient of the AMA Physician Recognition Award with Commendation
