Vice President, Patient Care Services
Teresa Fuller, MSN, RN, CPXP joined Hartford HealthCare in 2006 as a clinical nurse manager at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, most recently serving as interim Vice President of Patient Care Services at Backus and Windham hospitals.
Previously, Teresa held various leadership roles overseeing the intensive care unit and emergency department at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Quality and Safety, and in her most recent role as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Charlotte Hungerford.
Teresa received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in Nursing from the University of Hartford.
